Message	bottem right should be the AC compressor, but it looks like it's there to me. It's the only external accessory on the driver's side, alt and PWS are on the pass side. If I were you and your short on cash I would focus any extra on cleaning up the body and worry about a turbo swap when your have more cash. Little things like new moldings and trim, cleaned up wheels etc. make a big difference to clean up the look of the car and can be done on a piecemeal basis.
